Payout statuses explained

Requested — you submitted a payout request. You can cancel at this stage.

Approved / Processing — FELAR is sending the transfer to your bank or mobile money account.

Paid — funds have been sent successfully.

Rejected — the request was declined. Check in-app notifications for details.

Failed — the transfer did not complete. Update your payout details and contact support if needed.

Cancelled — you cancelled the request before it was processed.
