Why can't buyers check out from my store?

Buyers see checkout errors if you haven't finished payout setup. You must select a payout country and connect either a Flutterwave bank/mobile money account (African countries) or Whop (international).

International (Whop) sellers must complete identity verification and add a payout method before checkout is enabled.

African Flutterwave sellers need an active collection wallet and verified bank or mobile money details.

Open Dashboard → Payouts and complete all setup steps. The overview checklist also flags this.
