What happened: the account name returned by the bank doesn't match what you entered.

Try this first: re-enter your account number carefully. For Nigeria (10 digits) and Ghana, FELAR verifies automatically.

If that doesn't work: make sure you're using your own bank account. Contact support if the bank returns a different name than expected.
