What happened: the file for your purchase isn't ready or couldn't be found in storage.

Try this first: wait a minute and tap Download again.

If that doesn't work: check your Purchases page. If the item appears but download still fails, the producer may need to re-upload the file.

Contact support with your order reference and the product name.
